I forgot my password. Is it possible to recover it? |

Unfortunately since the password is used to encrypt the wallets, it is not possible to recover it. I suggest you try as many combinations as you can remember, or else the wallet would have to be deleted.
In order to protect the wallets, it is not simple to delete them. To delete a wallet you can follow this instructions, however in this case you don't have the password to access the wallet, so this is an alternate procedure to delete a wallet:
- Backup your Safe Box wallets by tapping on the top menu, and then choose the Backup option. After tapping on Backup an email message with the encrypted backed up data will appear, just send it to yourself. (Detailed backup instructions)
- Delete the app from the App Launcher by tapping on the Safe Box icon while holding the Orange (white key on Pre and Pixi Plus) key at the same time.
- Follow this link (Safe Box full) or link (Safe Box trial) to reinstall Safe Box for free from the App Catalog.
- Perform a restore: Open the email message with the backed up data sent from step 1. Tap on the top menu, then Edit then Select All. Tap on the top menu again, then Edit then Copy. And close that message. (Detailed restore instructions)
- Open Safe Box from the App Launcher, then choose the Restore option from the top menu. The restore screen will appear asking you which wallets to restore, just unselect the wallet that you wanted to delete. And then tap on Restore Selected Wallets.
